SeesmiCooking: Butternut Squash Gnocchi

Step 1: roast the butternut squash



Step 2: Scoop out the roasted squash


Step 3: Puree the squash


Step 4: Extract some moisture from the squash?


Step 5: Add eggs, salt, flour. Loooong video, but most of it is kneding “zen”. you only need the first minute or two :-)


Step 6: Shape the Gnocchi


Step 7: Boil the Gnocchi


Step 8: Serving Suggestion


Step 9: Almost to yum!
